First off, I hope you had a happy easter!
And who says cupcakes aren’t cool?
For easter, one of the things I prepared were cupcakes!
I decided to also create a stop-motion clip.
It’s my first time, and I hope you like it! ^_^
How to:
1. Roll white icing into balls and place on the cupcakes.

2. Squash the white icing balls.

3. Frame the icing with pink icing!

4. Add loads of sprinkes!

5. Decorate the plate + place the finished the cupcakes (It’s all about the right presentation).

Et voila. The Cupcakes may dance.
Happy be-lated Easter!

xxx Nicole

We love cake!
…a lot.
Step 1: Place the chocolate cake in a bowl
Step 2: Pour hot belgian chocolate over the cake
Step 3: Sprinkle coloured-sugar mini-dots and sweet-metallic silver balls all over it.
Step 4: Share with your love

Today is a good day. A very good day.
And to celebrate a very good day, you deserve to treat yourself.

If I were a food blogger, I would go for a treat like cinema date, shopping or spa day, but thank god this is just a lifestyle photography blog.

So, my boyfriend got me this. E c l a i r s.
Dry and moist crisp, a dash of dark chocolate that becomes one with the cream, as soon as you devour it. Oh, I’m so happy - the world is pink and fluffy.

Fancy a British dessert? This is one of my first attempts to make one… I looked through BBC’s recipes and figured that the trifle with its different layers of good stuff, is supposed to be a typical British dessert. I couldn’t be bothered to read the ingredients list and follow any long how-to-list, so I just looked at the pictures and improvised.
I went to the store next door and bought berries, jelly, jam, sponge roll cake, meringue nests, strawberry syrup and yummy, creamy vanilla ice-cream.. First, I had to prepared the bottom layer with jelly, jam and berries.
We had dinner, and about an hour later, I just had to add the next few layers: slices of the roll cake, ice-cream and the topping with 3 meringue nests.
Don’t forget the strawberry syrup on top!
It’s a quick dessert, looks good and I’ve been told it tastes good too! Fazit: Keep it simple and stupid. Always works.
