This was such a gorgeous day, with one of those exotic weathers that London is yet to call back… Rosy feelings aside, I must confess that while letting diem be Carpe’d I couldn’t help but feel a pang of disappointment in myself. Imagine having a sunburn, and all you do is purposedly avoid sun cream and walk around naked for the sake of that sexy beach tan of yours. If you’re more of a Korean following the “let’s-be-freaking-white” trend, then imagine yourself “spying” on people, while asking yourself : Where are they from, who are those people, what do they do? But instead of occupying yourself with thoughts for beautiful strangers, do you know what you can tell about your own dear self?
When you live in big cities like Seoul or London, it’s impossible to not come across one single human-being who sparks your interest. Not in a “I-want-to-date-her/him” manner, just in a genuine “hello,-who-are-you?” manner. In metropolitans, it’s so easy to turn into a silent observer, while sinking into a comfy state of anonymity…
Nevertheless, it’s reflective thinking time on NICISEOUL, how else are you going to figure what you want in life? Let’s look back for some self-improvement, shall we?
Now, the first very obvious thing I said was: “I just want to be happy”.
You too? Come on, be honest with yourself, think deeper, think of how you want to get in that “I am happy” state. Are the things you’re doing now going to be enough to reach that “I am happy” state? You know what I’m implying to, don’t you? If yes, my work is done here. It’s late too, I’ve got a headache and I don’t feel like discussing this topic any further.
I just wrote the perhaps most depressing post for this blog. Oh well, if you’re a scroller, and only here for the photos and videos, then it doesn’t really matter, as everything will dissolve into bytes, c’est la vie, c’est bli bla blub.
