My favourite thing is to go to, where I've never been before. Also, I take loads of PHOTOS & VIDEOS with my iPhone, 35 mm film camera or boyfriend's dslr.

SAATCHI Gallery. A place to get inspired for free!
Did you see our “Kiss on the cheeks” photo above? Well, here is the original photo ^_^
I loved the old Marilyn portrait (I’m such a huge fan of Marilyn Monroe!),
and - No, I don’t like that old man, but the bunnies are cute ^_^
Queen Elizabeth’s portrait is a good one too.
There was also a so-called “education” cinema. And all we found was a wall full of YouTube videos. Hilarious…
We took photos of ourselves playing around, instead of educating ourselves, sorry Saatchi Gallery.
Something not so funny, rather serious is located in the basement. The oil-installation by Richard Wilson. That whole room stank, and we were all pretty insecure, if this room was really meant to be filled with oil.
So, this was Saatchi Gallery. A place to get inspired - for free!
What would you think of, if someone would say: “I’m Here, but Nothing”.
Japan’s best-known living artist “Kusama” created a darkened room covered in psychedelic polka dots.
Now, why would you cover a room up with psychedelic polka dots and call it the “I’m Here, but Nothing”-room?
At first, I thought she was innovative, then provocative, no, no she’s special, different, just a bit freaky, finally I came to the conclusion that she must be totally mental. I did my research. Yep - She’s living in a mental institution now.
I was clearly impressed by her polka dot madness, it’s something she likes to stick to. When you look at her work, you actually feel her presence in the room.. It feels like she’s watching you.
By the way, room 14 is one of the best room I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s a splendid reason to go to her exhibition. Her work is displayed in 14 rooms at Tate Modern from 9th February till 5th of June 2012. Her exhibition is supported by Louis Vuitton.
A petite, but special gallery in London: Opera Gallery London.
Every single piece in there is fantastic, modern, stylish, something a digital native 20- something would want to own!
I fell inlove with this art piece, printed on glass and lit from behind.
And I’d love to have this in the kitchen. I feel the same way every early morning I turn into a zombie looking for coffee.
I have no idea what this was supposed to be. A fish surrounded by mirrors and those silver pearls. But it was hypnotising.
Downstairs there was even one of Picasso’s work (At you left! I obviously did not expect to find Picasso in here!)
And check out this massive ashtray! I’m not sure if it’s just one of their interior design elements, though..
Et voila! This is the gallery that made it on my best list!
If you have cash, you love young, temporary mix/media art, then this is for you guys.
The gallery is for free ;) Find it at 134 New Bond Street, London W1S 2TF
