London, the first few days of wandering around
July, 2011.

Do you remember those days?
Your first baby steps?
First day of preschool?
Kindergarten?
First bike-riding without those little supportive extra wheels?
First beach vacation?
First Flight?
End of 10th grade trip with crazy teachers?
Final Musical Play at School?
Uniball?
First Rock Festival (during a rainy weekend)?
Beach Volleyball sessions?
Throughout our lives we make so many memories, but now be honest, how much of it do you remember?
I mean, of course you remember the good, really bad and special ones.
Old photos may help bring back memories you thought you forgot about.
But for some memories you don’t even need photographs.
Why am I writing down lines of nostalgia?
I’ve been chatting with my best friend. Missy and I went through so many things together, like: forming our first dance group, karaoke contests at home, musical plays, first time skiing, ballett, tennis, A-levels..
After our A-Levels, we had to split up due to different study courses. Miles seperated us. However, it felt like we were still holding hands.
We question similar things in life, for example:
How much work is enough?
How much time is left for adventures and discoveries?
We wonder: Is that it?
What makes life so special?
Do we need to go through crazy adventures to create awesome memories? Or is it enough to have a special someone by your side who could even make an ordinary moment seem awesome enough?
The only way to figure whats important to you, is to sit back, look through old photos, then close your eyes and think of the moments that come to your mind first.
Who are the ones coming up in those memories? Is it your sister? Your best friend? Your mother? Maybe all you see is your own happy face :P
After all, it’s the moments that take you breath away that counts (with or without your beloved ones), not how many breaths you take…
Live life without any regrets! Olé!
P.S. I realized, I didn’t mention Korea anywhere in this post. Well, in Korea I had the time of my life. I think I made my own best memories there.. ^.^ (packed my bags, and left home, to explore the mega-city on the other side of the world, and find love.)
