London Fashion Weekend, Friday 24th February 2012! #LFW
There were models,

This is truly a place where you have the permission to stare.

So, this was a sneak preview of London Fashion Weekend. At Somerset House

Casting: 1 fun, camera-friendly, stylish female or male (18-28) for a short documentary video shoot about London Fashion Weekend sponsored by Vodafone.
Shoot Date: 2/24/2012 Friday
Time: from 14 pm. We’ll explore London Fashion Weekend, get awesome stuff on film and we can stay how long we want to. The runway show starts at 16 pm.
Location: Somerset House London WC2

The Louvre is such an awesome place where you could spend hours and hours walking around, admiring masterpieces, or just go wild with your imagination.
In our final Paris video, we’ll show you what we did.. After all, videos do say so much more than photos, don’t they?

If you’re reading this, stuck in a routine, looking at those photos and getting this huge urge again to pack your bags and go travelling.

“This is Paris!”.
I just finished editing the trailer of the travel documentary clip, I want to upload by the end of this month.
It’s going to be a 20-30 minute clip with masterpieces to see, unique cafés offering awesome cupcakes to eat, and other lovely things you have to do when you’re in Paris. I hope that after watching the final video you will feel like going to Paris too.
I recorded everything.
By day 4, I didn’t even have any memory space left. I was using a 16 GB HD Video memory chip!
Luckily my boyfriend gave me his memory chip and let me film, even though that meant he couldn’t take any more photos.. What a sacrifice!
Oh well, Paris was absolutely awesome! And we want to share our experience with you all!
It’s my first official attempt to create a proper travel video!
Thank-you Veronika, Aya and Xavier! Without you guys our holidays in Paris wouldn’t have turned out to be so awesome, awesome, awesome!

Snow-Time in London & my new camera!
The snow is kind of all gone now, but luckily - yesterday night - we got our cameras, wore our winter-jackets and went outside as soon as it started to snow!
As if we’ve never seen snow before ^_^
I took those photos with my new toy, a Sony Nex 5N! It’s absolutely awesome. I still love my analog cameras, for example the Nikon FM2, but I bought a super-cheap Kiwifotos adapter via Amazon and now I can also shoot “vintagy” with my super-electro Sony with touchscreen and other cool photo-filters..
It sounds ridicolous, but wait until you see the photos.
I think the only thing I don’t like about the Sony is that I have to charge the batteries every single day (or after every 330 shots).
So, I decided to also buy an extra battery pack via Amazon.
Bad idea!
It got stuck and I had to replace it with a new original one from Sony.
I don’t want to point a finger at someone, but I’m never going to buy anything from “Invero” again. Just saying.
Too much nerd talk in just a short post.
All I wanted to say is: It snowed! I have a new camera and my boyfriend & I are going to Paris tomorrow!

When I shared this with my Korean mom, she went “oh yeah, not bad!”.
I don’t think she understood why I thought training your smile with such a plastic green thing was a funny & weird thing to do.

Happy new year 2012, I wish you all the best!
Where are you going to celebrate new years eves? We were thinking about going into central London to see the big fireworks, but for some reason the idea of being squashed and stuck in traffic till 5 am feels like a major turn-off.. But we’ll see.

Here’s our Christmas 2011 in 10 photographs..
1). All the girls must take care of the decorations.. 2). All the boys are in charge of the cooking ^_- 3). While the girls wait for dinner to be served, they may play around and do other random stuff with their hair. 4). And the wait was worth it. This is what we ate on the 24th. 5). Here are some obligatory christmas-bokeh lights.. 6). And this is what we ate on the 25th. Turkey, turkey! 7). Afterwards we munched on loads of sweet stuff. That basket is full of goodies. 8). Camden Market in London feels like Dongdaemun in Seoul!! First you think how “dirty” Camden Market is compared to other common tourist places in London, then you begin to realize how colourful, glittery and oh so vintage it is.
After fighting our way all the way to Camden Market (I hate those tunnel, district, road works) we had delicious chicken wraps, mulled cider and super-rich chocolate lollipop brownies. I was all convinced about Camden Market as soon as I realized it was full of Korean sellers. You will immediately realize which clothes, bags, accessoires come from Korea (and the shop owners will be eating kimbab) ^_- I went home buying red/black printed leggings and some very large-grey-bunny pullover. There were so many things I wanted to buy, but I decided to first buy gifts for family and friends, before I start spoiling nobody but myself (insert wise words here). For example, there were bags with built-it speakers, funky necklaces saying “Aaaaah” or “SMILE”, scary-but-cute winter hats or super-vintagy magnet stickers. They all make perfect gifts, don’t they? A puppy for Christmas would be lovely too…
